TRM Labs
Rebrand launch for the blockchain intelligence company's marketing site, from a component-based navigation system to launch-day fixes and a full accessibility and link cleanup.

- 1,671sitemap URLs crawled for broken links
- 32 × 5pages × screen widths tested before launch
- ~80resource cards made keyboard accessible
The brief
TRM Labs was relaunching its marketing site with a new brand. The site had to go live with a new navigation, a reorganised resource library and its tracking intact, and keep working the day after.
What I did
- Rebuilt the new navbar and footer as native Webflow components, plus subnavs for three product hubs, and tested them on 32 pages at 5 screen widths.
- Reorganised the resource library: renamed and added topics, added a new industry and a topic filter for 121 podcast episodes.
- Built long-form report pages in the CMS with footnotes, charts and stat blocks, and a partner directory with 58 partners.
- Set up page-view tracking for the new single-page navigation in Google Tag Manager, wired to the ad and analytics platforms without double-counting.
- On launch day, shipped the post-launch fixes: redirects for the old blog URLs, breadcrumbs, social images, mobile tap states, and gated-content forms that were swapping to a broken fallback on slow connections.
- After launch, made every resource card work with the keyboard and screen readers, crawled all 1,671 sitemap URLs, and removed dead links across hundreds of posts.
How it went
The new brand went live with tracking, gated content and redirects working, and the follow-up fixes shipped in the days after launch.
